Greg has a bit of a popcorn addiction. He just can’t get enough of it. It’s up to you to help him feed his need by pulling and stretching his tongue all over obstacle-filled levels. His tongue will bend at will, but cleverly placed spikes, zappers, chewing gum, and other puzzling objects must be avoided. The game includes five worlds and 90 levels.
Three of the four modes challenge you to solve problems as quickly and accurately as possible. The Pick 'Em mode allows you to choose the tables you want to practice and solve problems without a time limit. The app includes multiple levels of difficulty, support for multiple profiles, and achievements and leaderboards via Game Center.
Solve is not only the best graphing calculator around, it’s also the best overall calculator thanks to its unique colorful interface. The colors aren’t there just to pretty things up. They also serve as separate calculators that can interact with each other. For example, if you store an answer within one calculator, you can swipe across the color bar to recall and use it in another calculator. Whenever you have an equation with variables that can be plotted a “Touch to Plot” button will appear, allowing you to quickly turn it into a graph. The app is loaded with other great features, and thankfully in-depth tutorials are available to help you take full advantage of all of them.
Smoosh takes classic sliding puzzle game mechanics and adds a colorful twist. Like similar games in the genre, your job is to get colorful Blops to their matching holes by swiping in the direction you want them to go. Each level has a target number of moves, and your Blop won’t stop until it either hits the hole or a wall. What makes Smoosh unique is its color mixing mechanics. You’ll have to smash Blops together to mix new colors, and you’re able to utilize blocks and tubes to do it. The game includes six worlds and 120 levels.
No matter how big or small the idea, Dream-X will help you realize it in visual form. You’re able to choose from two different themes and then get right to your mind mapping. Start off with a single idea and then branch out from there. You’re able to create new branches by selecting the idea you want them to branch off from and then tapping and holding on a spot on the screen. Each branched off idea can be color coded, include photo and message, include a task or subtask, and sport an icon. You’re able to freely rearrange your ideas just by dragging them around the canvas. You’re also able to export your mind maps and share them via email. The app includes tutorial videos and samples to help you get started.

Weatherbirds is an awesome weather app that makes it easy to see hyperlocal weather reports and submit your own observations.
It’s a great lightweight app that’s sure to be a welcome addition to anyone’s weather app collection.
Concept and Functionality:
The first thing I noticed about Weatherbirds, by Istvan Sipos, was the interface. It seemed a little brighter than many popular weather apps available, and the layout is very organized.
Personally I really like the animations and I found that they add to the overall positive atmosphere of the app.
Weatherbirds gives you the option of being a passive or active user. What I mean by this is you can choose to use the app as your primary source of weather information as a consumer, but you can go a step further and submit your own observations to the community.
You’ll need to create an account to do this, but once you have one set up it’s very easy to submit a report.
Weatherbirds gives you the chance to be as detailed or as vague as you like and covers weather conditions such as cloudiness and precipitation, as well as the opportunity to add a description or photo to your report.
When it comes to weather accuracy, I found that Weatherbirds is pretty spot on with conditions. Weather data is sourced from openweathermap.org, which is a very reputable site.
Features:
Even with the implementation of crowdsourced weather reports, Weatherbirds has plenty of other great features for users to enjoy. This includes weather forecasts and a built-in weather handbook for depicting various weather conditions and reporting them accordingly.
One feature I found to be missing is the ability to incorporate the iPhone’s built-in barometer for weather reports.
Naturally this feature would be limited only to those iPhone’s with a barometer, but you really can tell quite a bit about the weather just by reading the barometer.
Value:
Weatherbirds is available to download from the App Store for free and is universally compatible with iPhone and iPad.
There are ads at the bottom of the screen which can be removed via in-app purchase for $1.99, which isn’t a terrible price. However, all features in Weatherbirds are free from the start and the pro upgrade only disables ads.
Overall, Weatherbirds is a great weather app that’s perfect for passive and active weather-minded people.
The bottom line is that Weatherbirds is lightweight, very easy to use, and it’ll be an even more awesome source of weather information if it gains popularity and a large user base.
Weatherbirds – the Weather Forecast Owls requires iOS 9.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Tubi TV makes it easy for you to stream popular movies and TV shows on your iPhone or iPad.
Featuring over 40,000 movies and shows, this free app from adRise Inc. includes an impressive catalog that’s sure to keep you entertained for hours on end.
Concept and Functionality:
Tubi TV is designed to be your go-to app for streaming content directly to your device, and we have to say that it achieves this goal pretty well.
You won’t find recent releases or epic blockbusters in the lineup, but the app features many shows and movies that aren’t available on other popular streaming services.
Like many other streaming apps, Tubi TV is designed for easy navigation and a positive user experience.
With Tubi TV it’s incredibly easy to peruse all of the content that the app offers, and we were surprised to see how many categories and subcategories there are.
Whether you’re looking for something basic like dramas or movies for a specific purpose (fright night, extreme adventures, etc), you shouldn’t have any problems with finding something to watch.
As you read above, Tubi TV offers all content for free. The app does include video ads within content, but this really isn’t any different from watching regular Tubi TV.
A few ads are a small inconvenience in exchange for an amazing catalog of over 40,000 movies and shows.
Features:
We’re big Chromecast fans here at TheiPhoneAppReview.com so we were a bit disappointed to see that Chromecast isn’t supported in Tubi TV. Cordcutters are likely going to be interested in what the app offers and streaming sticks are a major part of the revolution to break free from cable and satellite companies.
Other than that, Tubi TV includes an impressive number of features like a streamlined media player and a queue for keeping track of everything you want to watch.
Value:
Tubi TV is available to download from the App Store for free and is universally compatible with iPhone and iPad. We didn’t see any in-app purchases, so there doesn’t seem to be an option to subscribe to a service and remove advertisements.
Overall, Tubi TV is definitely an app to try if you’re looking for a massive amount of free movies and television shows.
Tubi TV – Watch Free Movies, TV Shows, Drama, Comedy & Horror videos requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

The whole world is obsessed with Color Switch. But, does this game deserves all the attention? Is this the best game of the year so far?
Maybe not THE best, but it is still one of the best. With its addictive gameplay, interesting obstacles, upbeat music and colorful surroundings, Color Switch has conquered the iOS devices of more than 50 million users.
This is maybe due to intensive but relatively smart marketing the developers do on Facebook, but still it is a number that needs to respected.
Let’s see the features, design and concept of the game.
Design and Concept
The game has extremely unique design and concept that was new to the market when the app first launched.
Now, there are many clones and copies of the game that simply want to cash in on the popularity of Color Switch. When people copy you, that guarantees that you are doing something great.
So, the design and the concept of the game I outstanding and that is the base of the app’s success. The gameplay requires from you to pass through the circles with the ball at the right time and through the right color.
But things get a lot harder as you progress, and we think that the gameplay should’ve been little easier.
In this way it can get frustratingly hard at the beginning. But on the other hand, maybe, that is making the game more addictive.
Features and difficulty
You must control the ball pass it through the circles and different shapes and avoid all obstacles.
In the game there are several powerups that will largely help you when the going gets tough. You need to explore these powerups yourself, however you must watch out, if you touch or try to pass through other color, you will lose the game and return to the start.
Since recently there are new game modes and over 50 new levels and 3 new balls added. So, if you know about the game and you think you have mastered it you have a new challenge. These features in combination with the gameplay are making the game irresistibly addictive. The music and the sounds play large roll in this as well.
In terms of difficulty this game is somewhere in the range of medium and hard games. It’s not too hard, but it can really get frustratingly difficult at some point.
Is that level of difficulty a good thing or a bad thing? You be the judge. All we can say is it gave Color Switch, and previously Flappy Bird (the original king of difficult games) worldwide attention and success.
Conclusion
With the smooth design, lovely ball jumping physics and overall with the interesting concept and idea, Color Switch is still the game to beat this year and it is still the most cloned game at this particular moment.
But let’s face it, no matter what, it’s all about the game and this game is fun, enjoyable and addictive.
Color Switch requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. A small expedited fee was paid by the developer to speed up the publication of this review.
